I often get asked ‘what happens in a consultation?’
Each consultation is confidential and about you. You can forget some of the horror stories you see on the make-over programmes on the TV. Whilst I will be perfectly honest, I know from experience that people learn best when they are relaxed and motivated and I aim for each consultation to be a memorable and enjoyable learning experience for you. Refreshments including home-made cake will be provided.
I also ensure that when you leave me you will have a take home package which not only includes the colour wallet or booklet but also additional notes that I provide. In addition once you are home I will provide a summary as a reminder of the consultation in a few days. You will also know that I am at the end of the phone or email if you need to clarify any point however minor it might seem. You need not feel alone as you implement your image advice.
