I am a couture dressmaker. As a couture knitter I use both hand and machine knitting techniques. I draw on these skills with those of felt making and weaving to turn fibres into fabrics and then garments. I won’t tell you what to wear, but rather we will look at the art of the possible in terms of available fabrics and styles to suit you. My initial scientific training has left me with an eye for detail and I make no apology for being a perfectionist in terms of ‘getting it right’ for the client. By keeping up to date in terms of fabrics and clothing construction, whether sewn or knitted I aim to deliver the best service possible to my clients.
